Great grilling marinade for Meat, chicken, pork and veggies. Lots of different variations to try.
One bunch flat leaf or Italian parsley
One bunch cilantro
5 cloves of garlic
tsp ground cumin
juice of two limes
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper
Remove stems from parsley and cilantro.
Put all ingredients except olive oil in food processor.
Turn on and drizzle olive oil in until everything is liquefied.
Use lemons instead of limes.
Or one of each.
Add red cider vinegar.
Add crushed peppers or hot sauce for a little zing.
