This is how I cook my dinner every Saturday. It is good.
1 go to Sassos and pick up container of string beans in garlic and oil (it is necessary to order this in advance).
2 light grill, turn to medium heat
3 put steak on grill, wash hands and check time (call time t)
4 empty container of string beans into bowl
5 after t+5min turn steak over
6 put bowl in microwave for one minute to warm it a little
7 at t+10min get steak off grill, turn off grill
8 pour bottle of Sam Adams in frosted glass
9 eat

Re: steak recipe
I have found that it helps if you put some Emeril Steak Rub on the steak a few hours prior to cooking.
Re: steak recipe
I put a little olive oil over the steaks about 1/2 an hour before I broil them. They come out very tender! Found that recommedation in a Littel Italy cookbook.

Re: steak recipe
My method is to put several dashes of Worcester sauce on each steak, and then add salt and lots of fresh ground black pepper. I like to taste the steak more than sauce.
