tuna and cottage cheese lunch

1. Buy 3 oz can of tuna in package of 3.
2. Buy 113g packages of 4 individual servings of Cottage Cheese
3. Buy 6 pack of 5.5 fl oz V-8 juice.
4. Bring 1 can tuna, 1 can V-8, 2 containers of cottage cheese.
5. Open all products, and enjoy 290 calories of delicious lunch.
