Bear Creek soup mixes

The cheddar & broccoli is outstanding. If you can make it better from scratch you're a Cordon Bleu chef. I add a can of chicken.

I hate to bust your bubble, but I better warn you that soup has 990 grams of sodium, and that's for only 1/4 cup dry. If you have high blood pressure or any related heart problems, not good. Of course it's the salt that makes it taste so good.

All numbers normal. Nothing I do to cause & maybe that's it. I don't worry about it.
