These are the best chicken wings I ever had. Very flavorful, easy recipe from Allrecipes.com. I made only minor changes. I omitted the salt, and I used unsalted butter, because the cheese and the flavored bread crumbs have more than enough salt. The outside was just as crispy as if they had been deep fried. I will be making these again real soon.

I forgot to spray the foil with vegetable spray. The wings did stick slightly, but not enough to worry about.

Sounds like Shake 'n Bake. Do they still make that stuff? I really like it as a kid!

It doesn't taste anything like "Shake and Bake." I never liked that stuff, plus the chicken never came out crispy.tattulip wrote:Sounds like Shake 'n Bake. Do they still make that stuff? I really like it as a kid!
Dave, I don't see why you couldn't add hot sauce to the recipe, I personally don't like it.

Re: Chicken wings
These sound pretty good. You could add any spices you wanted to the breading.

If my posts come across as angry, please send me a PM letting me know...better yet..Fedex me some wings for pacification purposes!
I love it when the wings are a bit crispy on the outside, and moist inside...when they are done right, I risk gluttony on a grand scale...I used to haul 23,000 lbs of Franks Wing sauce every Friday night...the boss told me that if I ever sideswiped a Tyson truck and it caught on fire, he would be a first responder.
