Light healthy taste, moist, non greasy
I love cooking with cocoanut oil! Also give a great texture to baked goods.

I like to saute vegetables in cocoanut oil too. Very light clean taste.

I really like making breakfast burritos with dehydrated potato's, they actually taste better than fresh, and typically what you will find in many restaurants, this company sells them at COSTCO, 1 little carton makes a lot...never add salt though, already lightly salted.

And these tortillas are the bomb!, they are uncooked and better than the standard fare.

Bacon, scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, and green chiles...the burrito for breakfast is muy bueno!
(And works great when camping)

This is what I use. I probably spelled it wrong. It's solid in the jar and you have to dig it out with a spoon.

At 70 degrees it melts, and looks like any other cooking oil...living in Az. that gets sorted out pretty quick.

There are very few way that I don't like eggs. Some of my favorites are:

Eggs Benedict [especially New Orleans Style, and with Shrimp]
Hangtown Fry [A scrambled egg 49er Gold Miner breakfast with Oysters etc]
Shirred Eggs [In Ramekin w/crouton Disc, Canadian Bacon Disc, Sage, Eggs, Cream & Butter]
Quiche [mostly the classic French]
Omelettes [all kinds especially Southwestern and Classic French]
Fried [especially w/country ham, red eye gravy and biscuits]
Frittatas [most recipes]
Stuffed hard Boiled
