Mexi Chili

Post by tattulip » Sun Oct 16, 2011 8:34 am

I had a chili recipe with a Mexi flare to it. I really like it but I lost it. :noparty: Did someone on here post it at one time? I can't recall where I got it either. :headscratch:

Try the chili recipe at spicesinc.com. While you're there you may avail yourself of the many, many spices and peppers.

Don't fool around! Order a bag of this chili powder and use it in the recipe on the bag.

This particular brand makes a HUGE difference...more than anything else we have tried...in the quality of the chili.

They used to have a "hot" version, but it is no longer listed. I think this would be adequate for you. Anyhow, what ever you do, use a "Hatch" chili or chili powder. "Hatch" is to chili what champagne is to wine.
