Angel food cake uses a lot of eggs. So does quiche. Or, you can find the nearest liberal's house and . . . you know. :hubahuba: :hubahuba:

Fresh eggs do have a stronger smell when cooking them.

Egg salad is one of the few things that I absolutely can't be in the same room with. I don't know why, but it makes me gag. :ohwell:

I guess grits do the same thing to a few people around here.

It's too bad, too, coz I really do love eggs. :dunno:
That's too bad. They are cheap and easy to make.

I'll pass it along, if you think it's something that might interest you. It's one of the easiest recipes to prepare, and if you
like pound cake, you'll probably gain 10 lbs. eating it!

Post it.

I also like slicing hard boiled eggs and adding mayo to make sandwiches instead of making the egg salad. In England I often saw sliced egg and fresh tomato sandwiches at shops and restaurants. It's a great combination.

Hard boiled eggs, man.

Deviled: slice in half lengthwise, remove yolks into a bowl, add mayo, mustard, a touch of salt to taste, mix thorougly then spoon back into whites. Sprinkle a little paparika on and you're good to go.

Add to all kinds of salads.

Make fried rice.

Or, you can do what my dad always did with fresh raw eggs. Break one into your beer and chug that puppy.

My stepfather drank the egg straight up. No beer or anything else. Of course that was only after an especially hard night of drinking the night before. :shakehead:

My sister makes the best fold-over omelettes, usually including cheese and a side of MEAT.

Works for me.
