leg of lamb

I don't know how to cook leg of lamb so I put a meat thermometer in it and stuck it in the oven at 325.

Rule 1: Picking the right leg is important. Make sure it isn't the short leg.

Two necessary ingredients are garlic and rosemary. Hope it was good!
