chili

I have this going in the crockpot for the party tomorrow. I will let you know how it is.

3 lb ground beef (browned)
1 can red kidney beans
1 can white kidney beans
1 can pinto beans
6 jalapeno peppers
2/3 jar skets sauce
4 cloves garlic
half bottle chili powder
2 tablespoons habernero mash
1 12-oz Sam Adams

Sounds like a recipe for some serious stomach pains the next day. Bean city.

One less garlic and add a minced onion to the ground beef while cooking.

I'm just not a fan of that much garlic ...later like, a few hours after.

Actually. Chili (authentic) isn't made with beans (optional to streach it).
