Meat Sauce:
1 lb Italian sausage
1.5 lb Boneless Chicken Breast
1.5 lb Pork Tenderloin
1.5 lb London Broil
3 8oz cans Tomato Paste
3 28oz cans Ground Peeled Tomatoes
1 medium onion
4 cloves garlic
Oregano
Basil
Italian Seasoning
Parsley
Salt
Pepper
Olive Oil
Romano Cheese
1 Tbsp Sugar
Fine chop onion and mince garlic. Saute onion in Olive Oil for a few minutes then add garlic. Continue to saute but don't let garlic brown. Add 1 can tomato paste and 1 can water. Bring to a boil. Add Oregano (I used probably about 1 to 1&1/2 tablespoons I think for all seasoning except salt, but I don't measure). Add another can of tomato paste and water and the next seasoning and bring to a boil. Repeat with last can of paste and three cans of ground tomatoes. Bring sauce to a boil and add about 1/2 cup fresh grated Romano Cheese and sugar. While you are preparing the sauce put the Pork Tenderloin, seasoned w/ salt, pepper & garlic powder, in a 350 oven and bake about 30 minutes. Do the same with the chicken. Grill or broil the london broil to desired doneness. Cook Italian sausage until fully cooked. Cut all the meat into bite size pieces and add them to the sauce. Cook for at least 3 hours. I usually cook it for as long as I can one day and then cook it for a few more hours the next day.
Edited to add: After you have added all the ingredients and brought it back to a boil lower the heat and simmer for at least 3 hours stirring occasionally.
