Post by GoodBoy » Mon Aug 18, 2008 12:11 pm

1 whole Chicken
Stalk of Celery
1 Carrot
1 Tsp Rosemary
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Pepper
4 cups Chicken Stock or Store bought stuff
1 or 2 Cans of store bought biscuits (Depends on how many your gonna feed)
1/2 cup flour
1 Liberal

Place whole chicken in pot big enough for chicken to be immersed in water (no, not for baptism) You can start with a frozen chicken if you want.

Cover Chicken completely with Stock and use water for the rest

Kick the Liberal

Cut up and add all other ingredients but flour and biscuits

Cook till meat is falling off the bone.

Kick the Liberal

Remove chicken and cut into bite sized pieces. Remove the bones of course.

Cut each biscuit into four pieces and dredge in flour, place in boiling stock.
Cook dumplings for about 15-20 minutes. DO NOT STIR! You can gently poke the dumplings down with a spoon but do not stir. They will disappear if you break them up.

Add Chicken back into pot and heat for another two minutes.

Kick the liberal. Tell them the meat is tofu. Eat it in front of them. Do not give them any.
