wasabi salmon
Does anyone have a good recipe for salmon with wasabi, soy sauce, and seseme oil?

Thanks. I cooked and ate it. I cooked it a little longer than I should have, but it came out okay because of the soy sauce.hjpt wrote:For salmon - grill covered over high heat for 6-8 minutes or until it doesn't stick to the grill. Flip and cook 2-5 more minutes depending on how well done you like it. 2-3 minutes gets you medium.

How was the wasabi/soy seasoning? It sounds good. How much of each did you use in the marinade?college boy wrote:Thanks. I cooked and ate it. I poured some soy sauce into a bowl (didn't measure) and stirred two teaspoons of wasabi powder (that would be four teaspoons of wasabi paste). I put the salmon in the bowl and the soy sauce covered it. Next time I will use more wasabi as the flavor didn't really come through.hjpt wrote:How was the wasabi/soy seasoning? It sounds good.
