butter a 11x15" jelly roll pan -- set aside

in a large, heavy saucepan combine:
1 can (14oz) evaporated milk
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter (NOT margarine)
5 cups sugar

Cook on medium-high until it comes to a rapid boil. reduce heat to medium and cook for 16 minutes, stirring constantly. remove from heat.

for chocolate fudge add:
2 cups chocolate chips (one 12 oz bag)
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 cup chopped walnuts

for white chocolate fudge add:
2 cups white chocolate chips (one 12 oz bag)
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 cup chopped almonds

for peanut butter fudge add:
2 cups creamy peanut butter
2 tsp pure vanilla extract

beat mixture until smooth. pour quickly into greased pan. (it sets very rapidly) refrigerate several hours or overnight until completely set. Store in refrigerator.

Oh this sounds delicious! Thanks for the recipe. I haven't ever made fudge but would like to try. This recipe sounds easy!
