My recipe is similar, but it doesn't have onions or chiles. Also, mine has a dash of lemon juice, plus worchestershire and tabasco. YUM!

1 lg can (14 oz) artichoke hearts
1 cup lite mayo (or regular)
1 cup shredded parmesan
Dash of Tabasco, dash of Worchester, dash of lemon juice TO TASTE (I use a lot of Worchester and Tabasco)

Open and drain artichokes. Cut into bite size pieces. Mix in bowl w/ mayo. Add parmesan, Tabasco, Worchester, and lemon juice. (I sprinkle more parmesan on top)

Spray pie dish w/ Pam and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

I eat this dip with Fritos. I was told it is good w/ Wheat Thins.

My hot artichoke dip recipe is almost exactly the same at TTC's, except subtract the Tabasco and Worcester and add chopped garlic. Can't forget the garlic!

My husband walked in the door the other day to find me eating my artichoke dip. He said "You made that just for yourself?"
