chicken stuffed with cheese and brocolli

I bought three of them from Price Chopper. I am preheating my oven to 350 and I guess that I will bake them for 20 minutes.

Aren't grits just corn meal and milk? I don't see how someone could eat corn meal and milk.

Hmmmm......I don't know. Could this be a carbon monoxide poisoning concern?
I don't know. Emeril actually smokes stuff indoors.

Yes, it comes with grill plates and griddle plates. You can put the plates in the dishwasher. The dishwasher isn't so effective after the teflon wears off, though.

I have one of those, the Griddler GR-4. I have been using it three-five times a week for about a year and now the nonstick has worn off the bottom grillplate. I found that I can buy a new bottom grillplate for $33 and I will buy one after I get my first full paycheck October 1.

Re: cedar planks

I bought a set of cedar planks at Price Chopper today. I am not sure how to use them. I am thinking that I should soak the planks in water for an hour, preheat the oven to 325, put the salmon on the planks, and put the planks in the oven. Does anyone know if that will work? I have never done this b...

Grandma can't make it to go to dinner, so I am cooking portabella-swiss hamburgers for dinner. Sounds good! It's really easy. I just go to the butcher at Price Chopper and ask for two portabella swiss burgers. Then I take them home and cook them on the Griddler GR-4 for 10 minutes on one side and s...

I don't know, I buy the mash from Leeners. I believe that one tablespoon of mash equals one fresh pepper.

I am stocked with cayenne mash and serrano mash now, so I guess that I will want to experiment with the different peppers in the chili. Probably during Christmas break, though. It isn't good to eat too much chili when you spend 12 hours a week in front of a class.
