Re: Meatball Parmesan Casserole

Uncle Giuseppe's: a limited East Coast supermarket chain. Like a giant high-end pork store. We call it Unca Gee's. Good Lord, that is the most magnificent website and store I have ever seen! Of course it's no surprise that it's in NY. The videos are fantastic, and they even give you the recipes. I ...

But ketchup is great on bacon cheeseburgers. :dunno: Do you have an Italian card?? Coz if you do, Imma gonna revoke it! :ialu: NO BACON IN SPAGHETTI SAUCE! :fight: From one Italian to another, I agree. Hey, I don't even like bacon with cheeseburgers. I only like bacon by itself with few exceptions.

Re: Meatball Parmesan Casserole

So, I made this last night. It was very easy and turned out fantastic. The Wegman's near me sells a wonderful meatloaf already in a baking pan. I get that and just roll it into meatballs. I added a jar of their DIAVOLI sauce and just followed the instructions above. I was a little worried about the...

Well, how was dinner? :) I don't think I bought the right kind of sausage, so it wasn't as spicy as it probably should have been. And I added pasta, so that probably didn't help. :ohwell: BUT...it was still very good. I'll definitely make it again. But it's supposed to have pasta. :headscratch:

I was going to order 2 lbs. of the clams for another $50. The deciding factor was the $55 Fed-Ex charge. No go. The pan is going ba...
