I like my apple cider spiced with booze. I'm not sure what type of booze, but the Germans can tell you.

Oh, thank you! I will! I've never tried sweetened condensed milk in my coffee either! I'll try that too! I'm not a big coffee drinker unless it's a fancy, sweet coffee, so that should work well for me! In the places I went in SE Asia, if you asked for "coffee milk", they put a heaping s...
I have office hours tomorrow and Tuesday, so I will have to eat at (or near) work. But on Wednesday, I will buy a pound of buffalo and give it a try. I had a buffalo burger in a restaurant once and it was good.

Malt the barley. Combine it with water, hops, yeast. Allow to sit in a dark place for three weeks. Add a small amount of sugar and bottle. Allow to sit for a few more weeks.
The short days are ruining my appetite.Pixie wrote:Your steak was probably around 7 or 800 calories total, if you're correct on the size!
I don't know how tall you are or how much you weight but for a man I don't think you had enough calories today.
The slice of pizza if average size would be approximately 400 calories. 6 oz. of orange juice is approximately 90 calories How was the steak cooked? Rare. Oh, Mike, I'm sorry! I wasn't clear. I mean did you broil it with nothing added... did you add any butter, oil, steak sauce????? I put some of E...

How was the steak cooked?
I kept track of what I ate today. I had two cups of coffee, six oz of orange juice, a slice of pizza with pepperoni and sausage, and a one pound porterhouse steak (maybe 6 oz of that was bone and fat which I didn't eat). Is this going to make me fat? How many calories is it anyway?
