Take two slices of bread. Only white bread works. Spread lard or butter on one slice of bread. Make sure it's the bottom slice on the sandwich. Then add sugar evenly over the lard or butter. Then put the remaining slice of bread over the sugar lard and eat. Made me the man I am today. West Virginia...
