For salmon - grill covered over high heat for 6-8 minutes or until it doesn't stick to the grill. Flip and cook 2-5 more minutes depending on how well done you like it. 2-3 minutes gets you medium. My mother makes good skets sauce, but I just buy it in a jar. I guess that I am a philistine. At least buy the kind with the sausage in it. skets and meat sauce
Cook one pound of noodles, and 1.2 lb ground beef. Nuke half a jar of skets sauce and mix it all together. Serve with parmesan cheese.
