:hmm: I dunno how I feel about the Crawfish recipe. Substitute shrimp and it will work very well! Of course, if you haven't tried crawfish, they really are just tiny lobsters. This may be the time to let yourself loose! I have heard that they are available in frozen form nationwide, and the...

It's burnt animal flesh. Can't get much healthier than that. Add a little fungus, and some plant sex organs to top it off.

Stupid question #3,493,322:

How do I shred the zucchini? :dunno: Do I need a food processor? If so, I'm SOL. :noparty:
Zucchini....that's a green thing, right?

I'd use a shotgun.

We grew up on "Fesbrot".

Cook some bacon. When done, remove bacon.

Dip bread in bacon fat, while still hot.

Let cool some, and eat.

Was years before I had butter to put on bread, instead of bacon fat. No wonder I'm so skinny.

Feed it to the pigs, and pick up a side of beef.

Re: Enhanced Red Beans and Rice

Add 1/2 can of cream of celery soup to your pot (1 gallon or so) of red beans. A whole can will make it too salty. If I add a 1/2 a can of cream of celery soup to a gallon of my pot, salty taste wouldn't be a problem. The beans, on the other hand..... Might be a great appetizer next Christmas, thou...
