Re: Cucumbers

Due to my mom's illness she can no longer eat raw veggies. She has to cook everything. I was going to make cucumber tea sandwiches for a surprise lunch I am making her but then I remembered about her diet restrictions. Cooking a cucumber sounded like cooking a watermelon so ....hench I asked Char to...

It's burnt animal flesh. Can't get much healthier than that. Add a little fungus, and some plant sex organs to top it off.

Re: Help! Cooking Information Please

I don't have a convection oven.

I have a recipe that I would like to make but it is for a convection oven and since I don't have one I was hoping someone knew (at least aprox) how to cook in a regular oven the same recipe.

Should I up the temp 2o%?

Help! Cooking Information Please

Can you convert the cooking directions for a "convection" oven so that you can use a regular oven

In other words I have something that is supposed to be cooked in a convection oven but I don't have one.

Re: Need Recipe for Beans

I have one for baked beans. Open can of Bushes Homestyle Baked Beans. Pour into large pot. Add barbeque sauce to taste. Heat on stove until warm, stirring occasionally to prevent beans from sticking to pot. Serve warm. Enjoy! You are quite the chef there Kad! :lolh:  And I'm willing ...
