Re: Fettucine Alfredo

Am I supposed to use flour? Some people make a bechamel sauce, which is a white sauce made with flour, that'...

Re: "Oven Ready" Lasagna Noodles?

You don't need to use "oven ready" lasagna noodles to make the recipe that way. You can use good ol' every day lasagna noodles. I never boil my noodles first. I always just assemble it all (with plenty of sauce) and cook it. It comes out fine. I am not satisfied with fine, I am satisfied with spect...

I make a low fat chicken salad that a wedding planner just told me was the best she has ever had. I use a combination of plain greek yogurt and light sour cream for the dressing instead of mayonnaise. It is really good.

If that were true all baking recipes would call for unsalted butter, but as I know, they don't. It h...

Re: Wegman's Meatloaf - They gave me the recipe!!!!

I have 88/12 hamburger. Is there anything I can do to still make it come out right? Such as add some cooking oil to the pan or something? I don't want it to be too dry. You can add olive oil to the meat when you're mixing the ingredients up. How much, do you think? And can the Wegman's Basting Oil ...
