Take 1 Duncan Heinz Yellow Cake Mix and make it ALMOST according to the instructions. The one you want calls for 3 eggs, 1 and 1/3 cup of water and 1/3 cup of oil. Just use 2 eggs and make the batter as instructed. Does this mean: instead of 3 eggs, 1 and 1/3 cup of water and 1/3 cup of oil just us...

I object !

Butter is not unhealthy.

As is the case with many things...too MUCH butter is unhealthy.

The Good Lord provided us with butter... margerine came from a Frenchman... I'll stick with what the Good Lord provided !

looking at the ingrediants...I'd say they will be very good.

no spice shops near where you live ?

Also I was thinking of using hushpuppy mix instead of breadcrumbs on the outside.....
